Week 6 (Air Date 6.27.16)
“Are you guys going to kiss today?”, says Luke. Well well, Wells hasn’t kissed JoJo yet. That’s kind of awkward but he gets the one-on-one to try and make that happen. Their date is super awkward with this anticipation of a kiss hanging over them but FINALLY after being in one of the sexiest situations ever, Wells lays the kiss on her. It makes me wonder though, is he just a nice guy because he waited to kiss her or is he a super prude? JoJo has made it clear that she isn’t. Wells ends up opening his heart to JoJo but in the end, JoJo declines to give Wells the rose and he is sent home. On the plus side, her dress on this date is amazing.
::cue super emo scene to reflect on what just happened::
Group date participants are Luke, Jordan, Alex, James T and Robby. JoJo takes them on a stroll around town where they get into a little futbol match in the street. Name of the game is score a goal you get to give JoJo a kiss. James Taylor is the only one who makes a goal, which is fantastic because he’s the only one out of this group who isn’t a macho guy (still love you though Luke).
Time for cocktails and talking, aka a solid minute of footage of JoJo and Luke making out followed by James Taylor voicing how much he thinks Jordan isn’t here for the right reasons.. (eye roll) because he isn’t. Once again, Jordan gets super defensive and thinks of ways to talk his way out of JoJo confronting him about an issue. Jordan just really wants everyone to know that he isn’t entitled, he “doesn’t even know what the word means”.
I’m not sure if Jordan is aware that that is not how you swirl a glass of wine. I mean, I can teach him if he wants. I don’t know about you guys, but I’m not team Jordan anymore and I would be scared if you picked him as your winner! Luke ends up with the group rose, which we could have guessed from that steamy make out sesh.

CHASE and Derek are the only two left which means they are going on a two-on-one. My heart is sinking thinking about the thought that Chase could go home. JoJo takes the two men to learn how to do a three person tango (while she is looking GORG in that red dress) and it’s basically just JoJo being thrusted between both men’s arms.
Thank the bachelorette gods, Chase gets the rose after finally opening up about his feelings for JoJo. We finally get to one of the most awkward montages of the show, a solid minute of switching between JoJo and Chase kissing and dancing while a woman emotionally sings “Cry For Me Argentina” and Derek crying in the car. Too much producers, too much.
Three rose, four men. The tension is high at the cocktail party tonight (and again.. JoJo in that dress. My god does this woman ever not kill it!??? Can I get her stylist digits?). JoJo can’t seem to let James Taylor or Alex go and opts to give them both a rose. Just so you know JoJo, you really mess with our brackets when you do this shit. But anyways, next week is the last week before hometowns. Who do you think will be going home next week? My predictions are Alex and James Taylor. Let me know in the comments!
See ya next week Bachelorette nation.
