Week 7 (air date 7.11.16)
Alex scored the first one-on-one date with JoJo, but surprise! No roses are available on one-on-ones anymore! Alex and JoJo head out to the Argentinian country side with the rest of the guys in tow on a bus. (Side note: I’d much rather be on the bus with the other boys instead of anywhere near Alex). I mean just look at these guys.. as lame as the rap was, I think they’re even sexier now. #noshame #chasecanbeatboxwithmeanyday
Alex admits that he is falling in love with JoJo but her facial expressions doesn’t seem to reciprocate the same feelings and then.. boom, JoJo lays it on him.
“I don’t feel as excited as I should feel.”
Ouch. JoJo does the thing noble thing and sends Alex home before the rose ceremony because she respects him (Even though he is being a PRETTY HUGE DOUCHE about this). Long over due departure if you ask me.
Anyways, moving on. To no ones surprise – Jordan gets the second one-on-one date. A private jet whisks them away to MENDOZA, a.k.a the ultimate wine region in Argentina. Like, whoa, hey, hi.. how do I get a date like this? Is my boyfriend reading this??? Pete?
Jordan and JoJo get to crush grapes with their feet andddd just an observation but Jordan chews with his mouth open.
Jordan starts talking about his family and TOTALLY throws his brother, Aaron (Rodgers), under the bus. Aaron and Jordan are not close at all and you can almost feel for him a little bit because he seems genuine, for once. But you can see the joy fading from JoJo’s eyes as she realizes she may never be best friends with Olivia Munn. Jordan also confessed that hes “in love” with JoJo. Does any other guy even stand a chance here? She’s clearly already chosen who she wants.
Group date (aka a 3-on-1) goes to James Taylor, Robby and Chase. Weather ruins the original plan so they spend the day in a hotel suite with tons of food and games. Robby is the first one to go in truth or dare and ends up running in his undies through the hallway of the hotel.
Each guy opens up to JoJo, per usual, but the group date rose goes to Robby.
Last date of the night, Luke. Luke turns out to be quite the country man. He’s teaching JoJo about horses and helping her shoot skeet. He’s being such a gentleman.. is it possible to fall more in love with him than I already am? Luke’s date ends pretty quickly and JoJo decides that she is skipping the cocktail party and going right to the rose ceremony. I CAN JUST FEEL THE TENSION.
JoJo killing it in her black shimmering dress (per usual). The first rose goes to Luke, followed by Jordan and finally, CHASE. My heart almost leapt out of my chest. But man oh man does my heart break for James Taylor, he’s the sweetest man this show has ever had. He takes the breakup like a real man and has such respect for himself and JoJo. James Taylor, you are a class act my friend. I have a few single friends if you’re looking.

See you next week my babes for hometown dates. It looks like it will as drama filled as we all hope!
