Who doesn’t love a good boozey slushy drink?
I definitely do and I always prefer it be frozé. If you haven’t heard of frozé yet, I’ll assume you’ve been living under a rock. Frozé is simply frozen rose. To make it a delicious cocktail some extras are added in. I created this recipe for Aaron Hutcherson from The Hungry Hutch. What I love about this recipe is how versatile it is. I used mixed berry sorbet but you can use sherbet, ice cream, gelato – anything with a berry flavor. Strawberry and watermelon flavors work the best but as you can see from my recipe, stepping outside the box and trying mixed berry worked amazingly.

- ½ Bottle of Rosé
- ½ Pint of mixed berry sorbet
- 1 oz. of vodka
- 1 oz. of Grenadine
- Fill an ice cube tray with rosé. Let freeze for at least 8 hours. They will not fully harden due to the alcohol.
- Add rosé cubes, sorbet, vodka and Grenadine to a blender.
- Blend until combined.
- Garnish with fresh fruit
