For 6 months in college I was given the opportunity to live in Dublin, Ireland, where I got to experience St. Patrick’s Day in the motherland. So naturally I became an expert on how many seconds it takes to drink a pint and what ~real~ Guinness tastes like. Anyways, tomorrow is a day to wear green, talk in a bad Irish accent and drink until you can’t walk anymore (you can see why it’s my boyfriend’s favorite holiday). But if you’re not into drinking your stout, I’ve listed some awesome ways to eat it. Personal fave being the cheddar and beer dip because cheese and beer, duh.
